Will I have the same professional house cleaner every time?

Effort is made to assign the same house cleaner for your recurring service. If unavailable, we ensure your appointment is honored by another dedicated Maid Services provider.

How would you access my home if I am at work or out of town?

For convenient access, share your preference. Provide a key to cleaners, drop it at our office, or opt for a lockbox/front desk key pickup arrangement.

Can you clean the tile, grout, and mold in my bathroom?

The Maid Services will typically skip tile grout for efficiency. Doing so helps us remain affordable in terms of the service time. However we can recommend a Tile & Grout Cleaning Service. For bathroom mold, we prioritize health and recommend a mold removal specialist for safe resolution.

How do I pay for Maid Services?

We have several methods of accepting payment. Options include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, paypal, and stripe. Simply let us know which gateway is most suiting to you when we send the invoice.

What is your cancellation and lockout policy?

Late cancellations (within 48 hours) incur a $70 fee. This applies if our cleaners can't access the home due to lockouts or lack of client presence.

Do you offer refunds on maid services?

Refunds post-service aren't offered. If expectations aren't met, inform us within 24 hours, and we'll ensure your cleaner returns promptly to make things right. Contact our customer service within this timeframe for resolution.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

If we clean your home and you are not 100% satisfied, please call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning. we will discuss the situation and if needed, return to your home to re-clean the area free of charge. No refunds are given.

Will you try to lock me into a contract for maid services?

No. You have the freedom to cancel the service at any time. Please ensure to provide a two-business-day notice for any cancellations or changes to your existing cleaning appointments. Notify our office of any cancellations or modifications to your cleaning schedule through a direct call—avoid communicating such changes via notes or directly with the cleaning staff. It's important to note that The Maid Services also retains the right to cancel your service at its discretion.

Will I have complete control of the hours you clean my home?

Our office hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We clean between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. We try our best to accommodate your preference in days. We do not promise or guarantee a cleaning time on your specific cleaning day. Since we do not set cleaning time limits, and because some clients may request additional services (such as refrigerator or oven cleaning), or a client may lock us out or cancel unexpectedly, it’s just not possible to give specific cleaning times. If you prefer a morning or afternoon cleaning, please let us know when scheduling your service. If you ever need a more specific time, call the office and we can give you an expected window of when the cleaning team would arrive to your home.

Are my pets going to be a problem?

That is not a problem, our employees are all pet-friendly. However we recommend keeping them caged while your house is being cleaned.
